To use the platform services, a user's Steam account must meet the following conditions:
Steam inventory must be active and visible
Inventory settings must be set to Public
Sending and receiving Trade Offers must be enabled
Steam account must not be a Limited Account
If any of these requirements are not met, transactions may fail or encounter issues.
For completing transactions, Steam Guard must be active. Please note:
Recent changes or activation of Steam Guard may temporarily restrict sending Trade Offers
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Steam account
The platform does not have access to user login credentials.
Only items that meet the following conditions are eligible for trade:
Must be Tradable
Must not be subject to a time-based Trade Hold
Must not be blocked under Steam rules
If a selected item is not tradable, the transaction request will not proceed.
Users must provide a valid wallet address for deposits or withdrawals
Ensure wallet details are accurate to avoid transaction delays

Issues with Trade Offers
Steam-related technical problems
If a transaction is not completed, our team will review the issue. If the trade cannot be processed, the paid amount will be refunded to the user.
